If you're looking for some catchy indie pop, then He is We is for you, because to put it simply, they will put a smile on your face in any given situation. Originally from Tacoma, Washington, He is We consists of Trevor Kelly and Rachel Taylor. The two met at The Ted Brown Music Company (a local music store), and realized they both had the musical ability to play gigs together. Their gigs slowly turned into their first album Old Demos. Most recently though, they released My Forever (2010) and their fan base just keeps on growing.
"Trevor and I would see these local bands with these cocky auras about them. They didn't want to communicate with fans or acknowledge them in any way. He Is We gets its meaning from us wanting to be like everyone else. We are so blessed and want to stand with the crowd and make someone go, 'Dude, she was standing right next to me earlier, and now she's on stage.' " Taylor in an interview with SXSW on their band name.

Honestly, it's so hard to pick He Is We's best songs when in reality you should just check out all their songs. They really are just a fun band to listen to when you wanna smile or lip synch into your hairbrush.
